Curriculum

Our whole-child, inquiry based curriculum builds an educational foundation that supports and nurtures all areas of the students’ development and learning. Our curriculum covers life skills, financial literacy, health/fitness, social/emotional development, cognitive, and spiritual knowledge. Experiences at Unbound and Rooted are structured to strengthen both character and intellect. We intentionally develop and purchase curriculums that reflect the students' needs and interests.Throughout our school program, activities are embedded to encourage and develop strong spiritual, academic, leadership, and life skills. Our primary academic goals are to:

• Keep classroom sizes small in order to better meet each child's needs
• Provide students with the opportunity have real world experiences
• Support students' academic interests
• Ddvelop students' ability to maintain focus
• Provide opportunities for students to work well independently and with others
• Help build and support students' spiritual and character education in order to support them in showing empathy towards others, persevering when confronted with challenges, and learning from mistakes.
